Apple About To Buy Beats

There are numerous reports around that Apple is planning to buy Beats Electronics for a historic $ 3.2 billion.

If true, it will be the company’s biggest acquisition.

Beats is known as the maker of popular Dr Dre headphones and the online subscription streaming music service, Beats Music.

In my humble opinion, the reason Apple is after this deal is Beat’s quality, popularity and the price line of its headphones and the opportunity of combining the strength of iTunes and their streaming music service.

This way, Apple will be able to hold a strong portion of the upscale music and phone accessory market.

Let’s wait and see how this story will end.
